A leadership simulation about building and sustaining organisational culture. Every team starts identical. The decisions you make — and whether your signals match your structures — create the divergence.
Create a room to host, or enter a 4-letter PIN to join your team's session.
Objective: Show how leadership signals, structures, and responses shape culture over time.
Setup: Join with the room PIN from your facilitator and choose your leadership team when prompted.
How to play: Each round asks teams to choose a Cultural Signal, Structural Decision, and Symptom Response. Majority vote decides each choice.
Your role: Vote on the leadership choices and compare whether the team's stated values match its operating decisions.
End condition: Compare culture metrics and debrief where stated values matched or contradicted actual operating choices.
All teams start at 50. The same organisation. Different decisions. Different outcomes.
Every team started identical. Here is where five rounds of decisions took each one.
